Who is responsible?
Loomensia is a personal editorial website operated by Adi BEL, acting as a private individual. It is not operated by a company. For questions about personal data or to exercise your rights, email privacy@loomensia.com.
When you read the website
Your browser sends technical information to the hosting service to load pages: your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information. OVHcloud hosts the website in its Gravelines region in France and provides technical hosting logs and server statistics. This processing supports page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse, on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.
The public pages checked for this notice did not show a contact form, newsletter signup, advertising tracker or Google Analytics script. This notice does not describe any of these as active services. Administrative WordPress sessions use technical authentication cookies; these are separate from ordinary public reading. Comments on the featured AI workflow guide are closed.
If you email the privacy address
OVHcloud provides the dedicated mailbox. The operator receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include. These are used to answer privacy questions and handle rights requests. Handling applicable statutory requests is based on a legal obligation; answering other inquiries is based on the legitimate interest in responding to you. Sending a message is optional. An address for the reply and enough detail to locate the relevant processing are needed to handle a request. Please do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary identity documents.
Google Search Console
The site’s authorized operator uses Google Search Console to understand search visibility and improve the editorial content. Google supplies reporting periods, impressions, clicks, average positions and page or query aggregates when available. This is based on the legitimate interest in maintaining useful website content. Search Console does not add a visitor tracking script to Loomensia.
The integration requests only read access to Search Console (webmasters.readonly). It cannot change the Google account or site through that permission. Access tokens are protected in the encrypted integration credential store. Search Console data is not sold, shared for advertising targeting or used by Loomensia to train a general-purpose AI model. The account holder can revoke access in their Google account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops subsequent access; it does not automatically erase operational records already retained.
Editorial assistance and access to information
The operator uses OpenAI/Codex and Google’s Gemini for assistance with public editorial content and quality review. Prompts are limited to public Loomensia article text, the editorial guidelines and nonsecret instructions. Visitor messages, private customer or CRM data, credentials and raw Search Console reports are excluded from these editorial prompts. Publication is checked and can be restored from a saved version.
The operator and the technical services needed for hosting, email, authorized Google access and editorial assistance can receive the information required for those purposes. Operational records are restricted by project; they are not a public data feed. Google and OpenAI operate international services. Public editorial text sent to them may be processed outside the European Union under their service terms. Loomensia does not send readers’ private messages or visitor logs to these editorial AI services. How long information is kept
Hosting logs follow the technical retention settings of the OVHcloud hosting service. Loomensia does not copy visitor logs into its editorial AI prompts or maintain a separate visitor-level analytics history. The operator uses technical records only while needed to deliver the service, investigate an incident or resolve a dispute. A specific fixed OVHcloud deletion period is not asserted here.
Privacy correspondence is kept for handling the request and, where necessary, to demonstrate the response or address a related dispute or legal obligation. Messages that no longer serve one of these purposes should be removed on review. Editorial histories, aggregate search measurements and restoration records are retained while needed to compare results, explain a publication decision or restore a published version. This is a purpose-based retention criterion; there is currently no automatic deletion deadline for these operational histories. Personal information accidentally included in an operational record can be reviewed on request.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to privacy@loomensia.com. Additional information to verify a request will be sought only when necessary.
You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France. The editorial automation does not make eligibility decisions about readers or profile them for employment, credit, housing or similar outcomes. This notice will be updated when the site’s actual processing changes.
